Will the suction hurt my pet’s skin?
No. Standard house vacuums are far too aggressive for pets, but the Mivvo™ system is specifically engineered with a pet-safe 4,200 Pa suction ceiling. It gently gathers loose fur the moment it leaves the brush without pinching or pulling on sensitive skin.
Is it loud? Will it scare my dog?
We built this with an A-level noise reduction system that caps the sound at a low, steady 52 dB hum—which is quieter than a normal conversation. It runs significantly quieter than a standard household vacuum to keep pets calm, and most dogs adjust to the sound very quickly.
Does it come with a US plug?
Yes. Every unit shipped to US addresses comes equipped with a standard US 110V power plug ready to use straight out of the box.

How long does shipping take?
All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours. Once shipped, a tracking number will be automatically emailed to you so you can follow your package straight to your doorstep. It typically takes around 5-15 business days to arrive after shipped.
